Whether through moving your body, taking time for deep rest or finding connection through gathering in circle, know that this is a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, safe and supported. Classes and events are held in various venues across the Cotswolds, from Cirencester, Malmesbury, Nailsworth and South Cerney. Including The Three Cups in Malmesbury and Jolly Nice Cafe & Farm Shop in Frampton Mansell. I hope to gather with you soon, Bethan x A bit more about me: Bethan, a yoga teacher, sound practitioner and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces in and around the Cotswolds to ground and gather. She brings people together through creative flows, restorative sound baths and powerful drumming circles to build connection to ourselves and those around us in a way that feels real, welcoming and supportive. After starting this journey through yoga, her offerings have expanded to sound healing and drumming as she believes sound has an unbelievable power to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity. Taking deeper inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, Bethan believes that nature and our land has so much to show us, hence why outside of these spaces you’ll usually find her in the water or way out in the countryside (likely lost).
